This is how it all started...

2008
Jean-Baptiste Caste is a professional windsurfer. He spends most of his time getting dry at the seaside, at the beach, after a shower. Everywhere. He then has the idea of a new type of ponchos and this will take him 4 years to develop.

2012
Birth of ALL-IN Sport Beach Company in Hossegor ! After many prototypes, a lot of energy and hard work. The success is immediate within the first months of its launching, the ponchos designed by ALL-IN are unique: innovation, high-quality making, a flashy and original design, a real range of different styles, the poncho is changing and becoming stylish thanks to JB!

Today
Promoted by its founder, ALL-IN is positioning as a leader and trend-setter on the terry poncho market but it is also an accessories brand dedicated to your comfort before and after a session. Following its slogan “The Sweet Transition”, ALL-IN brings a lot of comfort to the users to change outfits everywhere before a session and especially after getting out of the water, in a word, during all these transitions that can be hard!

A windsurfer and a surfer, passionate and hard-working, he’s been leading the ALL-IN adventure for more than 10 years.

Marketing and communication manager

Julia works with JB and helps him in all his projects. You will often see her on her website as she’s the official model of the brand.

Véronique does all the repairs that go through our neoprene suit repair shop. With over 30 years in the business, he is a true neoprene star!

Natural referencing, Google and Facebook advertising have no secrets for Antoine. Passionate about the web and video, he is also responsible for the sites and produces content from time to time.

Seamstress

Magali joined the team in early 2023 in the suit repair shop. She has about 20 years of experience in neoprene and forms a great duo with Véronique!

Logistics Manager

Fast shipments, it’s thanks to him! Mathias ensures the shipping of our packages via DHL or DPD. He is also responsible for custom printing on our products!

He makes sure all orders are sent and keeps the stock safe so that all your ponchos can get there in the right time and place. He’s also one of the ALL-IN models for ads in magazines.

A French Pro surfer who’s freaking good! Seignosse is his home spot, but he often travels around the globe in his quest for the best wave, like here in Mentawaii. For 4 years, Sam has been using ALL-IN products and we are proud to have him as a member of our team!

SURFER AND MODEL

A young surfer from Hossegor who’s awesome in the water and does ALL-IN products honour! He’s also one of our favourite models for the Junior collection because of his (naughty) baby face.

A word from JB

All the products that I develop are those that I need when I go surfing or windsurfing.
When I’m on the beach and I need something or I’m cold, I start thinking about a product that could answer this need. For example the long-sleeved Poncho (V Poncho Long Sleeves) is really a must-have for me,and if I forget it, I feel so bad! Clean-Kit is also a must-have: I put all my wetsuits and ponchos in the bucket, put it down on the beach, I change outfits in it when I’m done and when I get home I put everything directly under the shower, it’s great!
