Jean-Baptiste Caste is a professional windsurfer. He spends his life drying himself off at the sea, on the beach, in the shower... Everywhere. The idea of a new poncho concept then crossed his mind and matured over the next 4 years...

ALL-IN is born in Hossegor! After many prototypes and a lot of hard work and energy. In the first few months of the launch, success followed, and the ponchos created by ALL-IN stood out from the crowd: innovation, ultra-quality manufacturing, at last original and flashy design, a real range and different cuts, the changing poncho became stylish thanks to JB!

On August 18, 2023, he passed away suddenly, leaving behind him an immense void... and a love that will never leave us.
To keep walking alongside him, Julia and I wanted to pay tribute to him in our own way: by creating a collection inspired by every moment spent with him, the Kaï collection.
We entrusted our most intimate photos to our graphic designer, who transformed them into illustrations. Each motif, each color, each line tells the story of a scene, a walk, a look, a moment with Kaï.
This collection is our way of prolonging his energy, his craziness, his gentleness. It's our way of saying that he's always there, somewhere between the waves and the wind.

He takes over from Kaï at ALL-IN, making sure your orders are sent in time and keeps the stock safe so that all your ponchos arrive on time. He's also one of ALL-IN's models for magazine ads and social networking sites.
A word from JB
All the products I develop are the ones I need when I go surfing or windsurfing.
When I'm on the beach and I'm missing something or I'm cold, I think of a product that could fill the gap.
For example, the V Poncho Long Sleeves is really a must for me in winter, and the SALTY BELT for my car keys - if I forget them, I'm disgusted!
The Clean-Kit is also an essential: I put all my wetsuits and ponchos in the bucket, put it on the beach, change in it when I'm done and when I get home I put it all straight into the shower, it's great!
