Exchanges & Returns
Made a mistake or changed your mind? No problem, we accept exchanges and returns. Here's the procedure to follow depending on your situation.
• If you wish to return an item: you can return an item within 14 days of your purchase date. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The amount corresponding to the returned items (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 days of receipt.
• If you wish to exchange an item: we will exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase date. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will cover the shipping costs of the new item using our chosen shipping method.
All returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Any product not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
