exchanges & returns
Made a mistake or changed your mind? No problem, we accept exchanges and returns. Here's the procedure to follow depending on your situation.
• You wish to return an item: you can return an item to us within 14 days of your purchase date. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The amount corresponding to the returned items (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to you within 7 days of receipt.
• You wish to exchange an item: we will exchange your item within 30 days of your purchase date. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will cover the cost of shipping the new item using the shipping method of our choice.
All returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Any product not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
