Most ALL-IN poncho models are unisex: they can therefore suit both men and women.

All products made with terry cloth or honeycomb weave are machine washable on a cold cycle (maximum 30°C). We recommend 15-minute cycles: sufficient to clean your product, economical, and environmentally friendly (using less water and energy). Avoid tumble drying and ironing to prolong their lifespan.

The SALTY BELT waterproof sports belt and its pouch, and the Clean Kit changing bucket can simply be rinsed with fresh water.

Charentaise slippers don't need to be washed.

Since the beginning of the ALL-IN adventure in 2012, we have been proud to work with the same suppliers. We have forged a genuine relationship of trust with these selected partners, ensuring respect for working conditions and product quality, which are paramount for our brand.

We have chosen to manufacture all our sponge-based products in Pakistan, a country renowned for the quality of this material.

The SALTY BELT waterproof sports belt is manufactured in our own workshop in France, in Hossegor.

Charentaise slippers are made in France, in Charente of course, in the RONDINAUD workshops and soon in the RIVALIN workshops.

All ALL-IN products made from sponge or honeycomb weave (Ponchos, Seat Cover, beach towels…) are certified AZO FREE and Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

These certifications aim to guarantee the human-ecological qualities of textiles: free from products toxic to the body and to the environment.

Each poncho style is available in one size. Here's a simple chart to help you find the perfect poncho based on your height, age, or body type!

Your orders are prepared in less than 24 hours. If you order before 2pm, the order will leave the same day; if you order after 2pm, the order will leave the following day at 2pm.

We do it ourselves! We made the choice not to outsource our logistics and stock management in order to control product quality and check each shipment.

Did you make a mistake or change your mind? No problem. Here's the procedure to follow depending on your situation.

• If you wish to return an item: you can return an item within 14 days of your purchase date. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. The amount corresponding to the returned items (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 7 days of receipt.
• If you wish to exchange an item: we will process the exchange within 30 days of your purchase date. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item, using our chosen shipping method.

All returned or exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original condition. Any product not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
