Most ALL-IN poncho models are mixed, so they can be suitable for both men and women.
All products made from sponges or honeycomb weaving are machine washable, cold (maximum 30 degrees). We recommend 15-minutes cycles: enough to clean your product, economical and environmentally (less water and energy used). Avoid drying them and ironing them to extend their lifespan.
The SALTY BELT waterproof sports belt and pouch, and the Clean Kit change bucket are simply rinsed with fresh water.
The Charentaises don’t wash.
Since the start of the ALL-IN adventure in 2012, we have been proud to work with the same suppliers. We have forged a genuine relationship of trust with these selected partners, ensuring respect for the working conditions and the quality of the products, which are essential for our brand.
We have chosen to manufacture all our sponge products in Pakistan, the country of reference in terms of quality on this material.
The SALTY BELT waterproof sports belt is manufactured in our own workshop in France, in Hossegor.
The Charentaises are manufactured in France, in Charente of course, in the workshops of RONDINAUD and soon in the RIVALIN workshops.
All ALL-IN sponge or honeycomb weaving products (Ponchos, Seat Cover, beach towels…) are AZO FREE and Oeko-Tex Standard 100. These certifications aim to guarantee the human-ecological qualities of textiles: free of toxic products for the body and the environment.
Each model of poncho is available in one size. Here is a simple table to help you find the ideal poncho according to your size, age, or body type!
Your orders are prepared in less than 24 hours. If you order before 2pm, the order will leave the same day, if you order after 2pm, the order will leave the next day at 2pm.
It’s us ! We have chosen not to outsource the logistics and management of our stock in order to control the quality of the products and to check each shipment.
For orders to Europe, orders are sent from our own warehouse in Hossegor.
To facilitate orders from customers residing in the USA and Canada, we have set up shipments from a French Warehouse located in Atlanta (USA).
The delays between shipping and delivery of the parcel for Metropolitan France are from 24 hours to 48 hours (working days), and may vary depending on the region.
For Europe and the USA, count 5 and 7 working days, and for DOM-TOM, 10 working days.
Have you made a mistake or changed your mind? No problem. Here is the procedure to follow depending on your case.
- You want to return an item: you can return an item to us within 14 days of the date of your purchase The return costs are your responsibility. The amount for returned items (excluding postage) will be refunded within 7 days of receipt.
- You want to exchange an item: we exchange your item within 30 days of the date of your purchase. The return costs remain your responsibility. We cover the cost of sending the new item according to the shipping method of our choice.
All items returned or exchanged must be new, unused and in their original condition. Any product that does not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.
Custom items cannot be picked up or exchanged.
